Visa:
1] Visa Once applied is chargeable irrespective of issuance or rejection by the concerned Immigration / Authority. and Once visa applied total visa fee is not refundable.
2] Upon receipt of visa please check the details thoroughly. In case of any discrepancy you are advised to inform us within 24 hours. Please note for changes to take effect (if permitted), we would require a minimum of 2 working days.
3] The decision to grant or refuse a visa is the sole prerogative of Government of that Country
Hotel:
Hotel Cancellation & Refundable policy will vary from hotel to hotel. So cancellation & Refund will be process with same policy, which will be informed to you at the time of booking.
We always provide hotel as per your budget, If you are looking for any other hotel options, you can ask for the same, we can provide the same also, price may vary for the same.
Early check in and late check is solely depends upon hotel, we can't gurantee the same.
Refundable Rates: We do not need advance payment for Refundable Hotel, also refundable policy is applicable before 24hr of last cancellation date of Hotel, also rates provided for are applicable for same day only.
Non Refundable Rates: We Need Full Hotel payment after booking Confirmation for Non Refundable Hotels, Once we receive full Hotel payment, we will provide you hotel Voucher, rates change policy is applicable in case of delay in Hotel Payment. Also rates provided for are applicable for same day only. If Confirmed hotel booking is cancelled, then hotel charge will not be refunded as per non-refundable policy.
Flight:
Flight Cancellation/Reschedule policy will also depend upon airline rules & regulation, and inform to you at the time of cancellation/rescheduling.
Flight charges are dynamic and may change at time of booking.
After Booking Confirmation we need Full Flight amount same day , to book Flight tickets. Rates change Policy is applicable in case of delay in Payment.
Sightseeing & Activities:
Sightseeing and activities are also under cancellation and refundable policies as given below:
Land Part Cancellation Policy:
Clear 40 working days or more prior to the date of departure of the Tour – No Cancellation for the Tour Price until or unless specified NON REFUNDABLE
Clear 40 to 35 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour. - 25% OF THE TOUR PRICE
Clear 35 to 20 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour. - 50% OF THE TOUR PRICE
Clear 20 to 10 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour. - 75% OF THE TOUR PRICE
Less than 10 clear working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour. - 100% of Tour Cost
My Amazing Trip Cancellation Charges:
If Confirmed booking is cancelled due to any reason, INR 5000/- Per person (Adult/Child) will be applicable under cancellation policy. These cancellation charges are separate from land part cancellation policy.(effective on all cancellation done after 1st March 2020)
MISC: After Booking Confirmation, no breakup of any sightseeing, hotel, flight etc will be provided, we can only provide breakup before confirmation as many time you need.
But After booking Confirmation, we will not be able to provide any breakup on any request as per our company policy.
