Day 1 : Arrive Cape Town


Welcome to South Africa! Upon arrival in Cape Town, you will be welcomed by our representative and transferred to your hotel.
Cape Town is South Africa's most European city, stunningly framed between mountains and sea, having a lot going for it: it's multi-racial, relaxed and trendy, and it looks good in any season. Cape Town's laid back beauty and paradoxical character ensures that this is just about everyone's favourite South African city.
The rest of the day is at leisure to explore a city with a diverse range of attractions, sights and activities.

Day 2 : Cape Town


The rest of the evening is at leisure to discover Cape Town (on your own). Why not spend time on your own discovering the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront (V&A) which offers an abundance of unforgettable experiences. Here, indoor shopping and entertainment venues seamlessly merge with ocean vistas and mountain views and the fresh sea breeze and warm African sun add zest to a cosmopolitan, vibrant atmosphere. More than 80 restaurants bring a fusion of international food, from rustic al fresco fish and chips to starched table-cloth cuisine. Come and spend the evening here - there is just so much to do, so much to discover.
Full day Cape Point Tour (Private).
This morning, see South Africa's magnificent sights, on the full day Cape Point Tour. Visit Hout Bay, Chapman's Peak, the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, Cape Point. Click the penguins at Boulders Beach, tour Groot Constantia and visit the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens

Day 3 : Cape Town


The day is at leisure. Maybe you can take an Orientation city tour for an insight into the magic of Cape Town featuring a visit to the summit of Table Mountain (weather permitting), or discover the beauty of rolling vineyards on a Wineland Tour, maybe visit Robben Island to see where Nelson Mandela spent 18 years of his life. Or just go shopping at the V&A Waterfront, the Shoppers paradise.

Day 4 : Capetown - Oudtshoorn


Transfer from hotel in Cape Town to hotel in Oudtshoorn, en route visit the Ostrich Farm, Cango Caves and the Cango Wildlife Ranch (Private).
This morning, transfer from Cape Town to Oudtshoorn, the renowned Feather Capital of the World. En route, visit an Ostrich Farm and enjoy a guided tour. Touch, feel, sit on or even ride these magnificent birds. Later, continue on to the Cango Caves, one of the world's greatest natural wonders, sculptured by nature through the ages. See the mysterious and breathtaking limestone formations in a wide variety of natural colours- a subterranean wonderland.

Visit the Cango Wildlife Ranch famous for its Cheetah Conservation programme and a highly successful breeding station of this threatened species - one of the only two in the southern hemisphere. Get face to face with the cheetahs, tigers, lions and intriguing beasts like marabou storks, meerkats, endangered blue duiker antelope, and ring-tailed lemurs. If you're feeling brave, you can cage-dive with crocs…. You can also get yourself photographed cuddling a cheetah cub or the cheetah, the fastest animal on land.

Day 5 : Oudtshoorn - Knysna


Your odyssey down the beautiful Garden Route begins today. Enjoy a scenic drive that takes you over the breathtakingly beautiful Outeniqua Mountain pass to Knysna, a natural paradise of lush, indigenous forests, tranquil lakes, golden beaches, mountains and rivers which provide endless opportunity for leisure and outdoor adventure. On arrival in Knysna, check-in to your hotel.
Within the town, craft shops, flea-markets and cozy cafes beckon with small-town charm and hospitality. It is truly a Mecca for the gourmand, whether it's shopping, food or culture.
Enjoy a Sunset Cruise on the Knysna Lagoon (Private).
In the evening, enjoy a sunset cruise on the vast navigable lagoon that flushes into the sea through the famous Knysna Heads. Cruise onboard the John Benn, a double-decker boat that is steeped in history, and named after a legendary pilot of a bygone era. It is one of the best floating restaurants in Knysna.

Day 6 : Knysna - George - Johannesburg - Sun City


This morning, transfer to the airport for your flight to Johannesburg.
(Flight on your own arrangement).
Upon arrival in Johannesburg, you will travel by road to Sun City. Sun City is a vibrant mix of entertainment, water sports, golf, gambling and family fun. It is a lush and tropical fantasyland which is deep in the African busheled and has earned its reputation as Africa's Kingdom of Pleasure. Whatever you want, you'll find it at Sun City. From sizzling entertainment, world-class casinos and restaurants which cater for all tastes, to the more relaxed poolside venues, quiet places, and lush gardens and extensive sporting facilities. These are just some of the elements that make Sun City unique to the world's entertainment resorts.

Day 7 : Sun City


The day is at leisure to enjoy various activities Sun city has to offer. Explore the Lost City and the Valley of Waves, fabled to be the ruins of a glorious ancient civilization, celebrate and bring to life the legends of this mystical city. The Lost City is internationally applauded for its wonderfully imaginative theme and exquisite landscaping whilst the fantastic Valley of Waves is one of the world's most exciting water parks. For the more adventurous an optional tour to the Pilanesberg Game Reserve, home to the "Big 5" (Buffalo, Elephant, Leopard, Lion and Rhino) for a Jungle Safari is recommended.

Day 8 : Sun City – Johannesburg


Transfer from hotel in Sun City to hotel in Johannesburg; en route enjoy sightseeing of Pretoria and explore Gold Reef city (Private).
Today, you will travel to Johannesburg. En route visit Pretoria, affectionately known as the Jacaranda City for all the purple blossom-bedecked trees, which line its thoroughfares in summer. Pretoria is an elegant, quiet city that's a perfect contrast with its more frenetic neighbour, Johannesburg, just half an hour away. Enjoy a brief city tour of beautiful city and South Africa's Political Capital.
Proceed towards Johannesburg to visit the Gold Reef City (closed on MON and TUE). A popular attraction, Gold Reef City, is located just south of the city centre. It was built to replicate an old mining town. Walk through the original homes of the miners, watch a gold bar being poured and then descend into the depths of a real gold mine where you can browse through the charming reconstruction of Johannesburg circa 1888. Its latest attraction is a giant Ferris wheel, allowing panoramic views of Johannesburg.

Day 9 : Johannesburg- Kruger National Park


Today, you will travel to the internationally renowned Kruger National Park that boasts of the most diverse game viewing experience in Africa. Steeped in legend and history, the iconic Kruger National Park is waiting for you to explore its vast landscapes and spectacular African wildlife. It has more species of wildlife than any other game sanctuary in Africa and it is here that you can see 'The Big Five' as well as cheetahs, giraffes, antelope species and smaller animals.
Enjoy a game drive (time permiting) in the park (Safari Vehicle)
Enjoy a thrilling game drive(time permitting) - and find out what it is like to be close to a pride of Lions, photographing animals resting, feeding and hunting.
Here you can feel the excitement and intensity of a South African safari!

Day 10 : Kruger National Park


Enjoy an morning and afternoon game drives at the park (Safari Vehicle).
Enjoy an early morning and late afternoon game drive in the company of your experienced guide. Experience the rhythms of the wilderness and the laws that govern life in a remote ecosystem become more apparent. A sighting of the legendary Big Five, regarded to be the most majestic and awe inspiring mammals to be found anywhere in the world, would most certainly be a highlight of the safari.
The professional guides will try their utmost to detect African wildlife. They are in constant radio contact with other game vehicles, ensuring that you won't miss the best game sightings during your Kruger Park safari. In addition to the lion, elephant, rhinoceros, buffalo and leopard, the reserve is blessed with a rich diversity of antelope and other mammal species.

Day 11 : Kruger National Park – Johannesburg


Today, travel back to Johannesburg via the panoramic route. Your trip to this area will not be complete without stopping over on the panorama route. Pass by endless pine and eucalyptus plantations, interspersed with pockets of tangled indigenous jungle, plunging waterfalls, and breathtaking views of the subtropical plains.
The small town of Graskop is the gateway to Panorama route, a drive that curls along the rim of the Escarpment, with lookout points along the way that provide relatively easy access to some of the most panoramic views in Africa.

Later, take a brief city tour of Johannesburg (time permitting), the tent and tin shanty town which sprang up hot on the heels of the discovery of gold in 1886, has developed into South Africa's largest city: a vibrant, bustling modern metropolis which, while lacking the obvious attractions of the coastal towns, certainly has a lot to offer the sightseer and explorer.

Day 12 : Depart Johannesburg


Today, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back home.
