Itinerary


Day 1 : Arrive Nairobi - Amboseli National Park


Welcome to Kenya, the land of stunning wildlife and mystifying cultures! On arrival in Nairobi, you will be welcomed by our local representative and transferred to your safari lodge in Amboseli. The park is famous of its breathtaking views of the glittering Kilimanjaro, sheltering more than 420 species of birds, elephants, hippos and wildebeest. Overnight in Amboseli national park.

Day 2 : Amboseli National Park - Lake Naivasha


Today, travel to Lake Naivasha, the only fresh water lake within Africa's Great Rift Valley, famous for its vast flocks of exotic bird life, hippos and fish. Arrive and check into your lodge. Overnight in Lake naivasha.

Day 3 : Lake Naivasha National Park - Masai Mara Game Reserve


This morning, travel along the floor of the Great Rift Valley and head to the Masai Mara Game Reserve, famous the world over for its staggering variety of wildlife and seasonal wildebeest migrations. The plains are full of wildebeest, zebra, impala, topi, giraffe and Thomson's gazelle. Also regularly seen are Leopards, Elephants, Lions, Hyenas, Cheetah, Hippos, Jackal, large Nile Crocodiles and bat-eared foxes. Upon arrival, check-in to the lodge.

Experience an afternoon game drive in Masai Mara Game Reserve.

Following lunch, embark on an afternoon game drive. The park is covered with rolling grasslands dotted with acacia; hazy forested hills and reverie bush, where the Mara River and its tributaries meander. A spectacular scene to be seen at least once in a lifetime is the annual migration of hundreds of thousands of zebra and wildebeest from the bordering Serengeti, not forgetting the predators that move along with them. This reserve is famous for gazelles, antelopes and a variety of birds. The lion, elephant, cheetah and leopard are also found here. Overnight in Masai mara game reserve.

Day 4 : Masai Mara Game Reserve


The morning is at leisure. You can start your day by rising before dawn for a spectacular Hot Air Balloon Ride followed by a bubbly bush breakfast as an optional tour.

Enjoy a game drive in Masai Mara.

Late afternoon, set out on a game spotting safari in the reserve, where you will have an opportunity to spot Africa's 'Big Five' - Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Rhino and the Cape Buffalo. See some stunning landscapes of the savannah as you go on this game drive in a vehicle with a pop-up roof. Overnight in Masai mara game reserve.

Day 5 : Masai Mara Game Reserve - Serengeti National Park


Transfer from lodge in Masai Mara Game Reserve to lodge in Serengeti National Park, en route visit the site of Olduvai Gorge.

This morning, head to the world famous Serengeti National Park, Tanzania's largest wildlife conservation area. En route visit the historic site of Olduvai Gorge (The cradle of Mankind), where the world famous archaeologist, Dr Leakey, discovered the remains of the early man. Continue to Serengeti and check in to your lodge.

Experience an afternoon game drive in Serengeti National Park.

After a relaxed lunch, explore the world famous Serengeti National Park, Tanzania's largest wildlife conservation area on a Game Drive. Tanzania's oldest and most popular national park, also a world heritage site and recently proclaimed a 7th worldwide wonder, the Serengeti is famed for its annual migration, when some six million hooves pound the open plains, and more than 200,000 zebra and 300,000 Thomson's gazelle join the wildebeest's trek for fresh grazing. Yet even when the migration is quiet, the Serengeti offers arguably the most scintillating game-viewing in Africa: great herds of buffalo, smaller groups of elephant and giraffe, and thousands upon thousands of eland, topi, kongoni, impala and Grant's gazelle. Day 6 : Serengeti National Park


Enjoy a full day of game viewing activities in Serengeti National Park.

Awake to a full day of game viewing activities. Discover the spectacular expanse of Serengeti National Park as you go on arguably the most scintillating game-viewing in Africa to see great herds of buffalo, smaller groups of elephant and giraffe, and thousands of other animals of the wild! The sheer variety of African wildlife in this reserve has no comparison. From wildebeest, lions, elephants, zebras, buffaloes, gazelles, giraffes and elands to a large variety of bird life, this reserve is an animal lover's paradise! Proceed on a morning game drive returning to the lodge in time for lunch. In the afternoon another game drive can be taken explore this world famous park. Overnight in Serengeti national park.

Day 7 : Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Conservation Area


Enjoy a game drive in Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

This afternoon, embark on an exciting game drive in the 8,300 sq km Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The 19km wide volcanic Ngorongoro Crater, part of the larger conservancy is a self-contained wildlife haven packed with nearly every mammal species to be found in East Africa. Overnight in Ngorongoro.

Day 8 : Ngorongoro Conservation Area - Lake Manyara National Park


This morning, proceed to beautiful Lake Manyara National park which is located at the base of the Great Rift Valley. On arrival at Lake Manyara, check into your Safari Lodge. Overnight in Lake manyara national park.

Day 9 : Lake Manyara - Nairobi


This morning, you will be transferred from Lake Manyara to your hotel in Nairobi. Upon arrival, check-in to the hotel.

Spend the evening at leisure. You have the option of enjoying a truly unique dining experience at the Carnivore restaurant as a huge variety of meat is served freshly roasted from Masai swords straight to your sizzling plates. Overnight in Nairobi.

Day 10 : Depart Nairobi


Today, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back home.
